What we collect

When you send a design request through the Design Studio, we receive:

• Your name, phone number and email
• Your order details: product, item color, quantity, sizes and needed-by date
• Your design: any files you upload, the text, shapes and numbers you add, the color changes you ask for, and a picture of how you arranged them on the product
• For team orders, your team list: the name, number and size you enter for each item
• Your notes, or your description of what you have in mind

Accounts are optional. If you sign in to follow your orders, we also keep:

• The email you sign in with, and the name, phone number and shipping address you choose to add to your profile
• The messages you and Alicia send each other about an order, and your approvals or change requests

Your design stays on your own device while you work on it. Nothing is sent until you press "Send to Alicia".

We use this only to respond to your request and complete your order.

Where it goes

Your request is sent to Toteally Custom by email and saved securely, with its pictures and files, so you and Alicia can follow the order from request to pickup. It is kept with our hosting provider (Railway), in a database and private file storage that are not open to the public. Only you, signed in with the email on your orders, and Toteally Custom can see your orders, files and messages.

An email delivery service (Resend) carries our emails: your request to our inbox, a confirmation of your request to you, your sign-in links, and short updates about your order.

Signing in

There are no passwords. We email you a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes. Once you use it, a cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days, or until you sign out. That cookie is only used to keep you signed in, never to track you.

To keep spam out, the site briefly counts how many requests and sign-in tries come from the same internet address. That count is kept for about an hour and is never saved.

If you switch between the light and dark look, your choice is remembered in your own browser so the site opens the same way next time. It is never sent to us.

We never sell or share it

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone else.

Counting visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It counts visits without cookies and without tracking individuals, and it is not used on the account pages.

Ask us or delete it

We keep your orders and account until you ask us to remove them. Want to know what we have from you, or want it deleted? Email toteallycustom4@gmail.com from the address on your orders and we'll delete your account, orders, files and messages.
